Dr. Rajesh Jindal, MD, FACP is a board-certified adult primary care physician with Northshore Physician Group. Originally trained in India, Dr. Jindal completed his MRCP Part 2 in London before moving to Chicago, where he completed his internal medicine residency at Saint Francis Hospital in Evanston. He has been a dedicated member of the Northshore team since 2009.
Dr. Jindal’s clinical interests include healthy aging, anti-aging medicine, skin and wound care, as well as holistic and functional health. He is passionate about medical education and has played an active role in training both medical students and internal medicine residents.
With a special focus on geriatric care, Dr. Jindal enjoys treating patients of all ages and is committed to coordinating care across different healthcare settings. Outside of his medical practice, he enjoys spending quality time with his family, traveling, socializing, watching sports with his young son, and exploring history with his teenage daughter.
Dr. Jindal is also involved in philanthropic efforts and actively supports nonprofit initiatives aimed at empowering underprivileged women and girls in rural India.
Jonathan H. Maks, MD, FACP, is a physician with North Shore Physicians Group. Dr. Maks specializes in primary care for adults. He listens to his patients and views them from “stem to stern.” He cares for his patients as individuals, not numbers, with the recognition that every path is unique. Dr. Maks emphasizes successful aging through a holistic, collaborative approach. He is an expert at health coordination across the continuum of medical care. Dr. Maks has held several executive leadership positions within medical groups, healthcare systems and community nonprofits. He has been a featured speaker at numerous local events and on national radio programs. He is honored to mentor pre-med students and early-career healthcare professionals. Dr. Maks enjoys exploring new kitchen recipes, cheering for Chicago sports teams and traveling with his wife and 4 children. Dr. Maks devotes his free time to fundraising for cancer research, as well as supporting patients and families affected by cancer. A lifelong Chicagoan, he graduated from Northwestern University’s Feinberg School of Medicine and with honors from NU’s Weinberg College of Arts and Sciences. As a Fellow of the American College of Physicians, Dr. Maks is board-certified in Internal Medicine and Geriatric Medicine.
Dr. Glynn J. Elliott III, MD, FACP, is a board-certified Internal Medicine physician with over 30 years of experience in adult primary care. A Chicago native, he earned a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Chicago with Honors before attending Loyola University Chicago Stritch School of Medicine. He completed his internship and residency in Internal Medicine at Northwestern University, NorthShore Evanston Hospital, where he served as Chief Medical resident.
In addition to his clinical practice, Dr. Elliott holds academic appointments as Senior Assistant Professor of Clinical Medicine at the University of Chicago Medical School. He has longtime served as an Associate Program Director for internal medicine residents at Saint Francis Hospital, Chairman of the Department of Medicine, and Continuing Medical Education committee. He is a Fellow Member of the American College of Physicians.
Dr. Elliott is honored to have been recognized as a Top Doctor by Chicago Magazine and Castle Connelly® in 2023 and 2024 for the patient-centered care he provides and his focus on preventative medicine.
Patients commend Dr. Elliott for his attentive and compassionate care. He is well-known for his swift responsiveness, thoroughness, and dedication to patient well-being. When not caring for patients, he enjoys spending time with his family and friends, traveling, and staying active through golf and swimming. He is thrilled to continue his medical journey as a member of North Shore Physicians Group.
